By using this site (www.downloadchurchmusic.com) and the downloads from it, you hereby agree to the following Terms of Use. The site is owned and operated by Diana Meux (DBA Download Church Music). The material on this site is protected by international copyright laws. No part of this site may be modified, copied, reproduced, posted, or distributed in any way without written authorization from Diana Meux / Download Church Music and as further disclosed herein.

Purchased Music: The purchaser of each sheet music download has the right to make unlimited copies of the sheet music purchased for his/her own use. Recordings of purchased music may be used in worship services that are streamed online.  Rehearsal tracks may be reproduced and distributed to the purchaser's church choir members. Accompaniment tracks may be reproduced and distributed for use in rehearsals, home practice, and performance. These works may not be resold or reposted. Should the purchaser find an error in the tracks or sheet music (including spacing issues), s/he has the right to contact Download Church Music to obtain a corrected version. Also note the Guarantee.

Free Music: You may download, print, modify the music of, distribute, and use how many ever copies of the music you want, but you may not resell or repost as your own. You may not upload the downloads to another site. However, you may link to the "Free Music" page as long as you are not claiming the music to be your own or anyone other than the author(s) listed on the music.

Download Church Music does not endorse nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content posted by third parties. Further, any ideas submitted by the owner are suggestions only and no guarantee is made for the accuracy or suitability of any given situation. Use the suggestions and music materials at your own risk.

Download Church Music is not liable for any "damages" that may result from your use of this site or downloaded files, including viruses (it is recommended you use a virus scanning software to scan the purchased or free files before downloading to your computer).

Download Church Music has no intention for copyright infringement and has determined that all works and arrangements on this site currently are original or based on public domain material.
