What information do we collect?

We offer the use of a secure server.  Pages with sensitive information are transmitted via Secure Socket layer (SSL).  During the checkout process, PayPal is the only acceptable form of payment and after confirming your order you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. Thus transactions are secure through PayPal’s servers and PayPal’s Privacy Policy applies in the transaction process.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. (If you use PayPal, credit card information is not collected from us.)

Do we use cookies?

Cookies are used for the following: Language, currency, login sessions, social share on product pages, starting a shopping cart, product comparison, and Google Analytics. Upon registration to the Forum, part of the registration agreement states “the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out."

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
